The New Year is officially here.
And I have been cleaning and purging and trying to get a fresh start going on in this casa.
However, I've noticed a pattern in our house: dark, cave-like walls.
It's almost suffocating.
Everything we own is black, silver, grey, blue, dark red, deep purple, bronzey-gold.
And random bits of aqua, the happy color.
Add to it that our overhead lighting is ALL in the kitchen and there is one light in the Dining room to cover the dining room, living room, and front office room!
It's cavernous, but homey.

Change is coming once again.
With the black dog hair out of the picture, I can have khaki pants, white curtains, white pillows, and chair coverings.
Oh, things are exciting.
