Grinch Balls
1 package Grasshopper cookies, finely crushed
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 package candy quick, white

Mix together grasshopper crumbles and cream cheese until a ball forms.
Scoop by teaspoon cookie scoop into 1 inch balls.
Freeze for ten minutes.
Meanwhile melt candy quick and tint green.
Dip balls into candy quick
top with either more candy quick in a different color or colored sugar or sprinkles.

Maple Pecan Truffles
1 package chocolate candy quik
1 Tablespoon REAL Maple Syrup
1 1/2 Cups Powered Sugar
1 1/2 sticks room temperature butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 cup toasted, minced pecans.

Add maple syrup, powdered sugar, butter, and maple & vanilla extract to bowl. Using hand mixer or stand mixer. Beat until smooth. Add in pecans, stir until mixed thoroughly. Scoop into 1 inch balls and freeze for ten minutes. Meanwhile, melt the candy quik. Dip balls into melted chocolate, covering all sides and place onto wax paper lined cookie sheets. Top with additional toasted nuts, additional chocolate, or sugar sprinkles. I opted for additional toasted nuts.

The Husband approves of these with two thumbs up. He even had some for breakfast.
And I am beyond delighted that after years of my peanut butter fudge not setting, it finally did this year. Of course, I had a different time on the recipe and that changed things, too.
