Steak Sandwich

I had steak, I had a free loaf of asiago cheese bread to utilize. Why not put the two together?

Ingredients:
Four medium sliced steak filets
1/4 onion
Butter
Portabella Mushrooms
Mozzarella Cheese slices
Worcestershire sauce
Chalula Hot Sauce
Hot Pepper Flakes
Asiago Bread Slices

Directions:
Cut up onion, add to pan with butter. Add in Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper flakes, and hot sauce. Cook until the onions are clear. remove from pan and place pan back onto stove. Add in steak, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper flakes and more butter. Cook until desired tenderness.
Remove from pan. Add olive oil to the pan and toast up the mushrooms, heating on both sides. Remove from pan. Add butter to both sides of bread slices, add butter to pan and toast bread on both sides. Once toasted, place meat on top of one slice of bread add in sauce of onions, (we like flavor not the onions themselves. If you want them, YOU eat them.) mushrooms, and a slice of cheese on top. Place final piece of bread on top and place in toaster oven in 350 for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted. Take out and enjoy it.
