Jen’s Salsa

2Green Peppers

2Onion

8-10 Jalapenos

1 clove Garlic

Salt& Pepper

10 Roma Tomatoes. I chop half and obliterate the rest for a picante type salsa.

Chop it up, throw it all in (as you can see, I leave the jalapeno seeds in the mix….YUMMMY)

Of course I also add splashes of chalula & extra spicy Mrs. Dash, too.

I let it sit and marinate in the fridge at least 24 hours before serving. That gives it time for the flavors to truly come alive.

Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, tamales, etc. Yum yum. Yum.

I need some pictures of the salsa mixed up. I don’t have any left after the friend gathering this friday, but I’ll make more I know it.
